What we store
Your email address, the profile details you choose to add (nickname, name, picture, bio, BoardGameGeek username, time zone), your game library, the groups you belong to, game nights you are invited to, your RSVPs and votes, and locations you add for hosting.
Who can see it
Your profile and the games you choose to show are visible to people who share a group with you. A game night's location is visible to members of that group. Your email address is never shown to other members.
We send account emails (confirmation, sign-in links, password resets), group invitations that members send to you, and notices about new game nights, which you can turn off per group.
We never sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, ever. We don't show ads, and we don't share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
Services we use
The site is hosted on Vercel, data is stored with Supabase, emails are sent through Resend, and game information comes from BoardGameGeek. These services handle your data only to run the site.
Deleting your account
Email hello@tabletopgamenight.com and we will delete your account and the data tied to it.
